Badges
- The primary function is to enable isolator volunteers to do shopping easier and allow businesses to easily recognise official isolator helping volunteers.
- We are also introducing concept of co-ordinators for each area (similar to the areas of the leaflet distribution) and recognise that. the co-ordinator will be the first ones to pair with an isolator – so giving out cards to them too. You’ll need to use your card when shopping for self isolators.
- It is important to maintain consistency of approach so we’ll put things on the website eg co-op process, Pharmacy process, feedback process.
Process to get Badge
- Email lowdhamflag@gmail.com with your details and who you are shopping for.
- Karen / Sarah will check we have forms for both volunteer and self isolator.
- Volunteer mobile is added Lowdham Volunteer’s WhatsApp Group
- Volunteer posts their photo on WhatsApp (passport type, circa 100KB)
- Photos uploaded by 4pm will be produced that day (after 4pm = following day)
- Volunteer contacted when badges are ready
- Badges will be available at 8 The Corner
- Volunteer collects / Russ delivers badge
- Volunteer signs badge
